Returns & Refunds
When returning or exchanging items, please complete the Returns/Exchanges Form enclosed with your order. All items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.
We are happy to exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase or refund the purchased price. We reserve the right to not refund the purchase if the item has been used or appear to be soiled or damaged. If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact PJ Emporium immediately and we will arrange free return delivery and exchange or refund. Please note, postage charges are not refundable if purchase is returned for refund.
