Postage & Handling
Within Australia
PJ Emporium despatches all deliveries by Australia Post – Parcel Post. Once full payment has been received your order will be sent out within 24-48 hours.
PJ Emporium charges a flat fee of $AUD 10.00 postage and handling within Australia. FREE postage with orders over $100.00 within Australia.
Please allow 3-5 working days in which to receive your order. If you haven't received your order by this time, please do not hesitate to contact PJ Emporium on 0408 014 860 or by email pjs@pjemporium.com.au and we will track it down for you.
International Deliveries
For our international deliveries, we also use Australia Post – International Parcel Post. Once full payment has been received your order will be sent out within 24-48 hours.
For international orders will be charged a flat fee of $AUD 25.00 (up to 1kg in weight). If your order is over 1kg, PJ Emporium will notify you by email to let you know of any additional postage & handling charges.
All parcels will be sent by Air Mail in which please allow up to 10-15 working days for delivery. If you haven't received your order after this time, please do not hesitate to contact PJ Emporium on 0408 014 860 or by email pjs@pjemporium.com.au and we will track it down for you. (All international post is GST-free).
Returns & Refunds
When returning or exchanging items, please complete the Returns/Exchanges Form enclosed with your order. All items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.
We are happy to exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase or refund the purchased price. We reserve the right to not refund the purchase if the item has been used or appear to be soiled or damaged. If you receive a product that is faulty, please contact PJ Emporium immediately and we will arrange free return delivery and exchange or refund. Please note, postage charges are not refundable if purchase is returned for refund.

PJ Emporium collects your information only to process your order and to provide you with the best service.
PJ Emporium will not email you if you wish not to be cotacted and you have the option to refuse any marketing email from us.
The type of information that PJ Emporium collects about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details. PJ Emporium destroys all credit card information once your order has been processed and paid for.

All personal information that PJ Emporium holds will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
